How we operate? What we are responsible?

The customer is responsible of their datas, security, ... and do external backup if needed (we have an option for internal backup on same disk). We replace the fault hardware into a correct delays, after that's the customer is free to setup the virtual machine.
We are not responsible of external problem as: ISP/state connectivity problem, war, electric problem, physical o virtual attack.
